Top Menus nor HUD don't show Libreoffice menu options

Bug Description

After updating to Quantal the menus don't appear, no file, options, tools -nothing.
Hud search doesn't show any Libreoffice options either

If you start libreoffice in the command line with "libreoffice --writer", the menu appears. However, if you run the command with a path to the file, no menu appears: "libreoffice --writer /path/to/document.doc".

This is reproducible all the time.

Menus do appear if opening an attachment from Thunderbird.

This line is also generated when running from the CLI:
Fontconfig warning: "/usr/lib/libreoffice/share/fonts/truetype/fc_local.conf", line 13: Having multiple <family> in <alias> isn't supported and may not works as expected
