With the increasing number of HD videos and the increasing mobility of computing, users want hardware accelearation.

This is the driver for NVIDIA graphics.

the two packages intel-vaapi-driver and vdpau-video are not seeded. which package/seed will pull these into main?

a quick review:

- all build-dependencies are now in main (including libva-dev)
- all runtime dependencies are in main
- actively maintained in Debian by a team
- no bugs open on LP
- no bugs open on Debian
- package is clean, uses dh
- license GPL-2+/LGPL-2+
- bug subscriber on Ubuntu set (ubuntu-x-swat)
