Bug Description
The chevrons and arrows used in the charm panel use the bootstrap sprites instead of our own images. We should switch to using the proper images (using our new sprite tools). When doing that, notice that all of our chevrons are upside down from the visual spec. That came from a disagreement between the UX and visual design, but the visual design should win: reverse them per the spec.
