Bug Description
All Android builds have been broken since Nov 2nd. Taking vexpress as an example this (and subsequent) builds has status 'NOT_BUILT'...
The pinned manifest for the build is the same as the previous good build, so I believe the problem must lie in the build scripts or infrastructure.
From the log of the failed build I see:
cp: cannot stat `out/target/
and I see this in Snowball as well. (I didn't examine the other broken builds).

Fathi reverted his changes to android-build-tools so this now works again.
