Re arranging widgets on desktop when all the sudden I lost the side panel on analog clock widget (the panel with settings / resize / reload ). Continued to move it and desktop crashed / restarted.

.. I'm not sure what the state of bugs.kde.org is but the crash assistant could not connect but I am including my system information as well as crash report here.

Backtrack 5 RC 3 32-bit (Most current release) distrobution.. I'm not sure if this belongs here but the distro uses ubuntu as its backbone.

Thanks for reporting this bug! Your bug seems to be a problem with the KDE program itself, and not with our KDE packages. While we appreciate your issue, it would be better if it was tracked at https://bugs.kde.org, so that the KDE developers can deal with this speedily and have direct communication with you as the reporter for more effective debugging.

yes I realize that but as my description stated bugs.kde.org was not in service that day so I went to the next best place :)
