Bug Description

Hi,

This is a followup on
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntuone-client/+bug/1066943

I.e., Ubuntu 12.04, with normal precise-updates repository, minimum installation. So I need to install Ubuntu One myself:

 apt-get install ubuntuone-control-panel
 apt-get install ubuntuone-control-panel-qt

Having fixed the above reported issue, there are still missing dependencies for Ubuntu One Client.

Problem 1 -- ERROR:root:Could not find any typelib for Unity

e.g.,

$ u1sdtool --waiting
ERROR:root:Could not find any typelib for Unity

$ u1sdtool --current-transfers
ERROR:root:Could not find any typelib for Unity
Current uploads: 0
Current downloads: 0

Luckily my google ninja told me to install gir1.2-unity-5.0, which solved the problem.

Problem 2 --ERROR:root:Could not find any typelib for Indicate

$ /usr/lib/ubuntuone-client/ubuntuone-syncdaemon
ERROR:root:Could not find any typelib for Indicate

This one I wasn't able to find the answer.

Please help.

Thanks

While those ERROR messages should not be printed to the console there, they shouldn't be fatal messages. For example, the --waiting and --current-transfers output seems to be correct, aside from the obtuse ERROR message getting printed there. However, the Unity and Indicate modules are not required for Ubuntu One to work. They are optional dependencies.

I'll poke someone to look at why the messages are getting printed to the console, though.
