Can't suspend using power button

Bug Description
When I press power button I see the window, that suggest me suspending, restarting and shooting down, when I press suspend nothing happens. Shuting down is working.
Suspending using menu is working too.

Reboot also works. Hibernate doesn't works(I reenable it manually)
