Bug Description
The ':' character (and probably others) is not valid filename character on Windows. The
result is then some random 8.3 format filename.
For example, a series (using tvrage) named "foo: bar" will result
in a mangled name. I suggest unsupported characters should just be replaced
by spaces or another appropriate character.
