Window dont exit when on minimized and I click right and close on window list

Bug Description

Binary package hint: banshee

But when I click the "Close" on the windowlist's menu, the banshee window going to visible...

Do you mean that Banshee minimises to the notification icon when you click the "close" button on the window? Because that is the intended default behaviour (you can change it in Edit->Plugins->Notification Area Icon).
