Bug Description

Hi,

I'm using the following version of Ubuntu:

Description: Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS
Release: 12.04

and the 'tape2wav' tool from the fuse-emulator-utils package is missing on the current package version:

fuse-emulator-utils:
  Installed: 1.0.0-3build1
  Candidate: 1.0.0-3build1
  Version table:
 *** 1.0.0-3build1 0
        500 http://de.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ precise/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

It was available in the last build, so I suppose something went wrong in the packaging process.

Regards,
Peter Haas

It looks like the manpage for tape2wav is there, however. I'll look into this.

Looks like I've got a solution, and I'll prepare a debdiff later. Included in it will probably be a Standards-Version bump, too, if that's okay with the MOTU's (I think they're the ones who are in charge of this stuff). I'll probably also try to make an SRU for this.

It seems that the problem with tape2wav missing was that it didn't have compatibility with libaudiofile 0.3.x, so I imported a patch from the Quantal version and it seems to do the job. I'll make sure I don't add any unnecessary changes to the debdiff, though.

Yes, audiofile is the problem, I fixed it upstream in r4687, and in Debian in fuse-emulator-utils 1.0.0-4:
