Color Markers to Match Stroke --> Inkscape encountered an internal error

OS: W7, Norwegian
Inkscape 0.48.3.1 r9886

I have not tested on Windows XP with that version so I can't say for sure if the bug depend on OS.

Every time I use the extension "Color Markers to Match Stroke", I got this error message:
"Inkscape encountered an internal error and will close now".

If I'm lucky, Inkscape create a backup copy file in same folder as the opened file and I can get the result from that backup file.

Steps to reproduce is pretty straight forward:
* New file - make a path that is not closed.
* Set a stroke color.
* Apply the extension "Color Markers to Match Stroke"
* Inkscape hangs with error message: "Inkscape encountered an internal error and will close now".

Inkscape 0.48.3.1 unfortunately has a known regression with extensions in certain kinds of files (fixed in current trunk, and for next planned bug-fix release 0.48.4).

The crash won't happen e.g. in a new document based on one of Inkscape's templates.
