Bug Description

Please backport ipython 0.13.2-1 (universe) from raring to precise, quantal.

Reason for the backport:
========================
ipython 0.13 includes considerable improvements for the notebook which are well worth backporting to precise.
also it is required to allow precise users to load the newer ipython notebook storage format.

Testing:
========
Most dependencies all only suggests or recommends, most have regular python shell fallbacks if something breaks.
There is no api breakage between 0.12 and 0.13 so nothing should break.
The major rdeps have been tested.

Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s raring -d precise ipython
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s raring -d quantal ipython

* precise:
[x] Package builds without modification
[x] ipython3-notebook installs cleanly and runs
[x] ipython3 installs cleanly and runs
[x] ipython-notebook-common installs cleanly and runs
[x] ipython-doc installs cleanly and runs
[x] ipython installs cleanly and runs
[x] ipython3-qtconsole installs cleanly and runs
[x] ipython-notebook installs cleanly and runs

* quantal:

[x] ipython3-notebook installs cleanly and runs
[x] ipython3 installs cleanly and runs
[x] ipython-notebook-common installs cleanly and runs
[x] ipython-doc installs cleanly and runs

[x] ipython3-qtconsole installs cleanly and runs
[x] ipython-notebook installs cleanly and runs
[x] ipython-qtconsole installs cleanly and runs

Reverse dependencies:
=====================
The following reverse-dependencies need to be tested against the new version of ipython. For reverse-build-dependencies (-Indep), please test that the package still builds against the new ipython. For reverse-dependencies, please test that the version of the package currently in the release still works with the new ipython installed. Reverse- Recommends, Suggests, and Enhances don't need to be tested, and are listed for completeness-sake.

The package is well tested on precise by me and others. I maintain a ppa for precise which has 140 users and no complaints.

the only issue is yade that will not build with 0.13 due to a bad version check:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=680285
it works fine with the api compatible 0.13, its just a build failure in the documentation part.

OK. The yade issue shouldn't block a backport.
