Bug Description

More than half of my tabs end up with the message "He's dead, Jim" at any given time with Chromium-browser. Regular pages allow a reload from a menu that is brought up with a right-click. No such menu pops up when right clicking on a "He's dead" page.

Steps to produce:
use chromium-browser a few minutes until a "He's dead, Jim" page pops up,
right click -- no menu

The same menu that is brought up on a regular page with a right click ought to also be brought up on a "He's dead" page. Please add the menu to "He's dead" pages.

Reload via menu is important because chromium-browser runs out of memory so much.

I'm setting this bug to "Incomplete" as it's not seen any activity for some time. If this is still an issue when using a maintained version of Chromium then please let us know otherwise this bug report can be left to expire in approximately 60 days time.
