cdromupgrade calls gksu

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

The cdromupgrade script calls gksu. It shouldn't do that (its not available on kubuntu).

Instead it should just call the release-upgrader directly and that one should have a frontend specific method to respawn with the correct authentication method.

Alternatively the cdromupgrade script could just run without any authentication program and put that reponsibility to the user. That seems to be the right approach.
