Crash when closing Inkscape

This bug is a follow-up of Bug #1071328 "Inkscape encounters internal error when opening a valid SVG file".

After opening a specific file (attached), closing inkscape leads to a crash.

Reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.48.2 and trunk revision 11859.

Not reproduced on Windows XP with Inkscape 0.48.1.
Not reproduced on Windows 7, Inkscape revision 11856.
Not reproduced with Inkscape 0.48+devel r11854 on Mac OS X 10.5.8 (32bit), OS X 10.7.4 (64bit) and r11856 on Ubuntu 12.10 (64bit, VM).

Very likely a devlibs issue on XP only (lots of devlibs changes between 0.48.1 and 0.48.2).

Reproduced on Windows XP with Inkscape 0.48.3.1.
Not reproduced with 0.48.4.
