Bug Description

As per http://twistedmatrix.com/trac/wiki/MovingTrac we have modifications to trac in trac-migration's homedir. It would be good to put them somewhere public. I don't know if they should be part of this project or someplace else.

It's in a bzr repository. We could push it to Launchpad pretty easily. ~twisted-dev/+junk/trac?

It is currently (however unfortunately) the key, critical piece of infrastructure for running our web presence, so I wouldn't quite consider this issue resolved if it's just checked in to a junk repo.

Still, that's better than the current situation so why don't you go ahead and do it :).
