Bug Description

Kubuntu Quantal (12.10) amd64, stock KDE packages.

Description: The menu that is opened by the "menu" button in the window titlebar (this button has the icon of a particular application, to which the window belongs, and is the left-most button in default Kubuntu setup) is positioned wrong on bottom monitor in a multi-monitor setup.

Preconditions:
The monitor setup is: laptop screen under an external monitor connected over VGA:
xrandr --output VGA1 --auto
xrandr --output LVDS1 --auto --below VGA1

Replication/problem: Move a window (any window) to the laptop screen, then click on the menu button. If there's enough space above the button to display the entire menu, it's displayed upwards of the button. If there isn't enough space, it's displayed on the VGA monitor.

Expected behaviour: The menu should be displayed downwards, unless there's not enough space on the screen where the button is actually located.
