AP test should be written as a unit test

The AP test:

unity.tests.launcher.test_icon_behavior.LauncherIconsTests.test_icon_shows_on_quick_application_reopen

Relies on opening, closing, and re-opening an application within a very short period of time. This is not easy to do within autopilot - this functionality should be tested as a unit test, rather than as an autopilot test.
