new republisher function for check-in notes

Scribe3 at Chapel Hill- I have noticed that the new feature in republisher, the one that pops up at the checkin box to remind one of the internal notes, this function only works provided one has done one of the two following things: either one has found a mistake while republishing, has made an internal note, and then closed out the republishing job and refreshed the republisher dashboard, or one has sent the book with the internal note to fix by republish. only if one has done one of these things does the internal note pop up at check in to remind. it would be nice if the note automatically went to the checkin screen as soon as one saves the internal note, so that without stopping republishing and refreshing the dashboard, and without sending the item to fix by republish, one can be reminded of the mistake.
