Bug Description
1. Go to <https:/
2. Change to "Showing error reports from" "Ubuntu 13.04".
What happens:
* There is no time scale on the X axis.
* The Ubuntu 12.10 milestone markers stay where they are, suggesting that 13.04 has been open for months.
What should happen:
* The X axis shows a correct time scale.

I believe this is now fixed. The milestone markers now shift over when 13.04 is selected, as the x axis starts at the opening of 13.04. 12.04 and 12.10 don't change because they share the same start date for the graph data.
Ignore the pinstripes going crazy for now. I'm aware of it, but I haven't understood enough of d3.js' data joins yet to fix it.
