Bug Description

Something wrong goes with indicators: after suspend completely disappears keyboard layout indicator, network indicator, and Skype indicator until reboot.

You can also restart the wing pannel, works for me.

I'll do some debugging today, just to be sure that that this is not related to indicators crashing due to Linux modules being unloaded/stopped.

It seems the source of the problem has to do with the entries of libapplication.so not being managed correctly by Wingpanel. This indicator is responsible for all the indicators mentioned here, including the network indicator (nm-applet).

If this is actually a Wingpanel bug, lp:~victored/wingpanel/indicator-management should fix it. I would appreciate if some of the users affected by this bug could test my branch and report results :)
