nexiuz fails to connect

Bug Description

I can run Nexiuz just fine. Ask for multiplayer online..thats another matter. I get the master server list in just fine...try and connect and all I get is a terminal like response showing frags in multiple colors which scrolls offscreen(1024x768), downloads some files and then completely crashes(segfault?) the application, dropping me back to the desktop.

This is playing in a window for some reason. This also reported on main forums under 'CLASSIC tech support'. Affects DEBIAN also.
