Bug Description
When I log into gnome and try to ssh server while hard drive is used extensively, ssh asks me for a password and doesn't use my key.
When I wait a couple of minutes and the drive's led stops lighting, then ssh shows me window for entering the key's password and ssh connection works correctly.
Tested on kernels 3.5 and 3.7.
I'm not sure if this affects security, but there is such possibility.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We appreciate the difficulties you are facing, but this appears to be a "regular" (non-security) bug. I have unmarked it as a security issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy. Please feel free to report any other bugs you may find.
