Unity stops registerig clicks from touch

Bug Description

Sometimes on the Nexus 7, unity will stop registering clicks from the touchscreen. The cursor still moves. A usb mouse can still click. Pressing power brings up the shutdown dialog, and i can click on buttons there. Mainly menus do not respond.
