Bug Description

I tested Minecraft when ran from Terminal, and Runescape from Chromium, both with OpenJDK 7, and the cursor was flipped, literally (not just inverted movement, but the cursor was actually flipped, appearance-wise too).

Also when using a USB Mouse, I am unable to click any buttons in Java programs. I have to use the touchscreen.

Doesn't minecraft require sun's jvm? Either way, I was able to reproduce issues clicking in Java programs (in my case, I couldn't use the touchscreen at all). Marking confirmed.
