Bug Description

On quantal/12.10, there's no entry in the messaging menu for cloudsn, but the program runs. So there are notifications, but if I went away from my PC or did look a video, I cannot be sure if there's a new notification without restarting cloudsn.

I think it's due to the update of message system introduced in 12.10.
A lot of applications are infuluenced including pidgin.

Hi,
Since the developer seems to stop the development for a while, I decided to continue the maintenance and maybe some development.

Now I add the messagingmenu support for 12.10 and 13.04.
You can check the fork at https://github.com/qiuwei/cloud-services-notifications

Any suggestions are welcome.

I used it for Google Reader, but since they teared it down and a lot of people switched to Feedly, Feedly support would be nice. The only problem is: they don't have an API. Yet.

See (I don't know if this information is outdated):

It seems there is already an unofficial API.
I will try to support it soon.

And I'm using digg reader , which claims to be going to have the same API as google reader.
We will see.
