syntax description of Grid and PCB are mixed together in manual

I can't reproduce this on git HEAD as of 4-Sep-2012.

I notice that all files in the http://pcb.geda-project.org/pcb-cvs/ are dated 20-Feb-2012, some time ago.

I make the latest manual and found that there is no such a bug. Just ignore it.
