Bug Description

When you try to do something like this:
cgiapp-starter --module MyApp --author 'Full Name' --email <email address hidden>
or like this:
titamium-starter --module MyApp --author 'Full Name' --email <email address hidden>
you get the following error:
Attempt to bless into a reference at /usr/share/perl5/Module/Starter/Simple.pm line 52.

This probably affects everthing that uses Module::Starter::Simple or maybe even everithing that uses Module::Starter, not sure.

Thanks for your time.
