With every software upgrade - error setting up Citrix ICAClient

Bug Description
I have installed the latest Citrix ICAClient from the www.citrix.com website, using the Ubuntu Software Center. Installation terminates with the error messages below, but the Citrix client seems to work adequately all the same.
Once the package has been installed the same error messages come every time software is upgraded or new software is installed. After upgrade to Ubuntu 12.10 the same messages also come after every system restart and logon sequence. This is both annoying and time consuming. The error messages are:

Me too.....same bug with 12.10. Annoying, if not critical.
