Dicompyler doesn't start

Bug Description

Since Ubuntu 12.10 dicompyler doesn't start.
If you launch dicompyler in a terminal, it return "/usr/bin/python: No module named main"

Kubuntu 14.04 is also affected.

I installed dicompyler 0.4.2 after having manually set all package dependencies to correct versions (in particular pydicom and matplotlib) and then by re-installing dicompyler from source using $ sudo pip install --allow-unverified pil dicompyler
