All .face files checked on startup, leading to high load with large user bases and automounting

Bug Description

lightdm will try to open up and load ".face" file, or ".face.icon". This breaks a system which uses automount, with plenty of users.

I believe, it is better to stick to "$HOME/.face" file, and let the app deal with missing profile pic.

Discussed on IRC. We do need to check the icon name so the greeter doesn't have to find it. It is fine to lazy load these however so it only occurs when a greeter attempts to show icons.

Also, merge requests are the best way to get code into lightdm.
