Swap default wallpaper for Beta

Bug Description

Update the default wallpaper for the beta release. We're switching to a blueprint style to emphasize it's still being built while also eliminating the non-translatable text.

That's a great opportunity to deploy the fix of bug 1000017 - the unified name will be a symlink to this file and will be written to configs instead of direct filename

Also a note: since we use the wallpaper in places like the login screen, we should really avoid any text or graphics. The overlapping login UI ontop of the wallpaper looked horrible. :)
