It states:
“Launchpad is the central piece of infrastructure we use in Ubuntu. It not only stores our packages and our code, but also things like translations, bug reports, and information about the people who work on Ubuntu and their team memberships.”

It needs a simple addition of “does.” So the suggestion is:

Launchpad is the central piece of infrastructure we use in Ubuntu. It not only stores our packages and our code, but also _does_ things like translations, bug reports, and information about the people who work on Ubuntu and their team memberships.

I don't really like that phrase. For me this sounds better:
