Bug Description

Oprofile 0.9.8 cannot start on Ubuntu 12.10 AMD64:

$ opreport
opreport: error while loading shared libraries: libbfd-2.22-system.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Could you try again after install this package?:

  apt-get install binutils

sudo hhvm

sudo apt-get install binutils

There is already latest binutils.

this should work in 14.04 LTS and 14.10.
