No window buttons for Webstorm window

As can be seen from the attached screenshot, no window buttons occur in the top bar when I mouse over the top bar. Also, I can no longer move the window by grabbing and dragging the top bar (I don't know any other ways to move a window).

This is what happened right before the bug occurred: I moved Webstorm to the upper right virtual desktop, then back again, using drag and drop in the super+S layout. Maybe I tried to maximize Webstorm after this. And then the bug occurred.

Setup: Ubuntu 12.04.1 64 bit, Lemur laptop (system76)

I look forward to Ubuntu 12.04 being rid of critical* bugs in 5 years time :)
Until then I'll sob in my sleep.

* granted, this one isn't critical..

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running apport-collect 1071559 and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
