Bug Description

After upgrading to 12.10, sound stopped working
I mostly use the audio out with earphones
i tried wtih basic modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf , then passed snd-hda-intel model=imac91 options, then the imac24 and mbp3 (which last worked) options to the file with no more luck

card is seen in alsamixer, volume is correctly setted, module is loaded, but no sound

thanks
