Bug Description
The latest dispatcher has changed the naming convention for the mount of /mnt/boot to /mnt/lava/boot for android, and doesn't do a mkdir before trying to mount it. So two things, one we need consistency - it's either /mnt/boot or /mnt/lava/boot, and we need the mkdir -p there.
