Bug Description

My system uses "English (United States)" as the *language*, and "Norsk, bokmål" as the *regional format*. KeePassX is set to use the system language for the interface, and that is now displayed in Norwegian, which is wrong. The language, not the regional format, should be chosen for the "system language".
