Google +1 embed treated like navigation

On some pages, such as <http://blip.tv/jsconf/jsconf2012-vyacheslav-egorov-6141593> and <http://hackaday.com/2012/10/03/lvds-on-an-fpga-could-make-it-possible-to-reuse-laptops-lcds-and-the-like/>, closing and restoring the tab instead restores a uri like <https://plusone.google.com/_/+1/fastbutton?...>. In addition, view-source doesn't work on these pages. Disabling javascript resolves both of these issues; it seems the js in Google's +1 embed is triggering navigation detection for the view, but I don't know how. In addition, this happens with webkitgtk 1.10.1 but not 1.8.3.
