Bug Description
Binary package hint: liferea
I don't know why I am the only one with this problem, but liferea does not start on my system.
I started liferea from console to see the followng error:
-------------
I/O warning : failed to load external entity "/usr/share/
** (liferea:27221): WARNING **: XML fout bij het lezen van cache bestand! "/usr/share/
** ERROR **: Fatal: Feed list import failed! You might want to try to restore
the feed list file /usr/share/
aborting...
-----------
I removed the entire ~/.liferea folder (Because I hadn't ever used it anyway)
But still this message.
So I checked the folder "/usr/share/
Because I didn't knew where this setting was located, and if I could change it I added a sym-link from feedlist-nl.opml to feedlist_nl.opml which fixed the error, but obviously the naming of the files, or the location to the files should be changed.
Or something really strange is wrong with my system (which is true, but I don't think this should be the result ;) I have also unresolved problems with xine, but that is an other topic)

Thanks for your report. This bug is caused by a wrong translation: /translations. launchpad. net/ubuntu/ feisty/ +source/ liferea/ +pots/liferea/ nl/480/ +translate
https:/
It should be "feedlist_nl.opml", and not "feedlist-nl.opml":
emilio@ kiko:~/ liferea$ dpkg -L liferea | grep feedlist | grep nl liferea/ opml/feedlist_ nl.opml
/usr/share/
