Bug Description

When I use the delete key to delete items (files/folders), having the prompting that usually comes up in a dialogebox turned off I can't empty my Trash.(by clicking on the trash can applet on the kicker bar.
The ~/.local/.../Trash/files/ folder has the trashed files in it, and the links to these files are where they should be in the /.local/.../Trash/info/ folder.

Removing all content (sudo rm -r)from Trash/files and Trash/info got my trash can working again but it still breaks when i use the delete key to delete files. I do not get this problem when I delete using the context menu (with prompt dialoge on).

A few things to note:
Distro and version: Kubuntu 7.04 beta
I found a similar bug #30842.
