Bug Description

I have some exercises in .txt files that I have created using Notepad++ in Windows 7.

The problem is that Scratch shows me a blank document when it is not true. If I open that document with Libreoffice Writer I can see it is not empty.

A screenshot is attached.

I'm nut sure but I created it in Windows 7 x64 using Spanish as Language.

As much as I know, Spanish is supported in UTF-8 including special characters as 'ñ'.

The other possibility is that the document could have been created using UNICODE or ISO-8859-1.

Thank you for your hard work.

I just implemented a better char encoding and Scratch should be able to load file from all encoding types.
