Bug Description

This is quite bizarre window management behaviour, I'm not sure if the bug should be filed against compiz itself, but I'll assume so.

TEST CASE

Ubuntu 12.10 Desktop AMD64, fresh install.

1. Open Terminal
2. Resize terminal window, click anywhere on the desktop to unfocus the terminal.
3. Observe terminal retains its size.
4. Refocus terminal, open new tab within terminal.
5. Resize terminal window while the new tab is focused.
6. Click on the desktop (or any other window) to unfocus terminal.
7. Observe how the terminal reverts to its previous size.
8. Focus first tab in terminal again, resize terminal.
9. Unfocus terminal by clicking desktop or another window.
10. Observe how terminal retained its resized state.

A low priority bug I'm sure, but bizarre/unexpected behaviour like this really makes this release feel like Quirky Quetzal :-/
