Bug Description
Applies to the `nhlib-integration` branch.
Update the engine code (engine2.py) to support initialization of risk calculations. This includes:
- Command-line UI updates (--run-risk, etc.)
- Update DB schema for risk calculations (add risk_calculation table, remove oq_job_profile table)
- Update engine2.py to read risk inputs into the DB
- Added empty skeleton calculators so that risk can "run" (full calculator implementation will be done later, based on oq-risklib code)
