Facet-normal not correct

The attached scripts show 2 different ways of generating wrong Facet normal integral from SFC.

1) Using generated NormalExpression:
    FFC 2D, 3D: works
    SFC 2D: works, 3D does not work

2) Using ufl cell.n
    FFC 2D, 3D: works
    SFC 2D, 3D does not work

SFC is not currently actively maintained. The plan is to throw away the existing compilation code and replace it with the uflacs project.

Sure. But there are some nice features with SFC compared to FFC. Among
other, it compile some forms which kneels FFC. However, when SFC does
not get the Facet normal correct this is of no use...

So, if there is an "easy" fix for this it would be soooooo nice! I can
wait for uflacs, but Anders is submitting a Master thesis for the end of
October.
