Bug Description
When trying to load a C++ mixed assembly, I found that NUnit threw an unhandled exception rather than reporting a reasonable error. It turns out this also happens if you try to load any file that is either not a valid PE file or not a .NET assembly.
We should give an intelligent error message instead.
