Cairo-dock doesn't check for missing composite manager when starting next time :(

Bug Description
Cairo-dock 3.1 displays a nice tip about missing composite manager, but only on first start:
"To remove the black rectangle around the dock, you need to activate a composite manager."
"Do you want to activate it now?" (see attached screenshot)
This is enough if user uses only one desktop environment/
I'm wanna create universal LiveUSB (with persistence) with mixed Desktop environment: GNOME3 shell with Cairo-Dock and fallback to GNOME3 Classic with Metacity and Cairo-Dock.
It would be very nice if Cairo-dock would check for missing compozite manager when starting every time (please, at least make a setting for this option).

IIUC:
the first time you start with Compiz, composite is ON and checked.
then you start with Metacity and composite is not tested.
OK for testing it every time.
