user management does not allow to create encrypted home directory

Bug Description

In Ubuntu, it is possible to encrypt the home folder by using adduser --encrypt-home. However, there is no way to specify this option in System Settings->User management

Isn't the encrypted home folder a (K)Ubuntu feature? I seriously doubt KDE upstream will accept Ubuntu-only features.
