DVB-T: kaffeine in 12.10 scans incorrect and don't play some TV-stations

After upgrading to Kubuntu 12.10 I can no longer watch TV (DVB-T) with kaffeine.

Some stations work, other not. Switching between stations are no longer possible.

Not all stations were listed, if I search for channels.

In the terminal I recieve this messages:

Note, same problem with an other TV-stick and an other PC.

Due to my poor english, I cannot describe the Problem more detailed, but compared to Kubuntu 12.04 Kaffeine is unusable in Kubuntu 12.10.

I have make some more checks:

After upgrading to Kubuntu 12.10, Kaffeine or Xine or what ever need a stronger signal or a faster response-time.

I can watch TV with a never one stick ( TerraTec Cinergy T Stick RC ).
But I can only watch with a shorter USB - cable.

With the Terratec Cinergy DT XS Diversity stick, I just can watch some stations and I cannot switch between them: "stations:demux_wavpack: (open_wv_file:127) open_wv_file: non-seekable inputs aren't supported yet."

I can only watch the station, which is choose first in Kaffeine.
