Bug Description
I try to install Skype's Deb package into my Ubuntu distro and cannot open the software-center, it just do not works, open, install... When I try to open it twice a tiny windows appears blank, with the usual menus (they do not do anything) but the window title is software-center and the windows is blank.
Trying to run it from gnome-terminal, I've got this:

Some useful info:
Yesterday I updated my 12.04 to 12.10 with some strange things happen during the upgrading process. (Like my compiz and unity closing without explanation and the dconf stops working correctly)
